HELLLPP!!!

I can't download the game. I just bought it and have been trying to figure this out for 2 hours now. This has been one of the most
frustrating experiences in a long time. I ordered it online at the stardock store and I think I used two different e-mails; dtrepani@uwo and [email protected]. Furthermore, my name is Derek, not Derel, and the latter appeared in my registration. I have the serial number but it says it is wrong. How can the serial number on my receipt be wrong? Please help me or give me a refund.

Sounds like you'll need to contact [email protected]. They should be able to get this straightened out (if you used 2 different emails the serial number is probably jsut linked to the incorrect one).

Sorry for the frustration, and good luck getting it straightened out!
