ok, heres my issue. i put the first CD in, and i enter all the info and stuff, click next, choose the directory, all that good stuff, and when i click install, it takes me to this screen with 2 planets. it has no progress bar or anything. so i thought it crashed the first time, and rebooted my comp. i tried it again and it does the same thing, only this time i wait for it, and it eventually gives me the "operation has experienced a problem and must be shut down" crap, and asks me if i want to send an error report. so... what do i do?
