Mini-Build/Upgrade Window bugs?

Old ship designs appearing?

I've noticed that old ship designs seem to stay in the Mini-Build/Upgrade window, after being obsoleted and even deleted?
I was often just doing a minor upgrade to a ship design but keeping the same ship name. There would sometimes be 3 versions of the same named ship design in the upgrade list, so you'd have to carefully look at the stats before upgrading to make sure you get the right design.
This bug seems worst in the mini-build window.

I had the same problem. When you click on 'Build ship' on the bottom panel you get a window with different ships to build on the selected planet. But in this window you will find the 'old versions' of the designs the are not used in the current game, because they were changed (upgraded).
There was also a problem when I wanted to build a ship and selected the later version of the design but in fact after the ship was created its parameters were as in the older design.

I had that same issue when selecting to build from the min-window. I'd select a new design colony ship, confirming the specs of it on the right side of the window, but it kept building an older design. It didn't build the new design from the mini-window, I was only able to build it from the build ship button on a planet.
