Hi,

Can someone tell me if it makes any difference once you've reached advanced level espionage on a race, whether you continue to pour more money into it or not. Are you more likely yo obtain techs if you pour more money in?

Also, what modules do you add onto the starbase next to the star base thats mining the resource to get the double bonus. I've seen the AI do this in gal civ I,ie one starbase next to another mining the resource, but never knew why they were doing it (lol).
