I've noticed a few bugs with rally points. First of all if I click the button to tell a colony to send its ship to a specific rally point and there are enough rally points on the list that you have to scroll down, then the game wont let you scroll down at all and you can only send your ships to about four or so rally points. Does that make sense? Also, if you have a rally point on top of a starbase then theres no way to delete the rally point.
