Most of the time I do like that engines, weapons, ect. are removed when I upgrade, I don't want this to always happen.
Sometimes all I want to do is replace the enigines and now I have to put everything else back on.
Or sometimes I just want to quickly check what I might have put on a previous version of the ship.
Can we have some kind of popup window that asks "Do you want to remove the current ship parts? Yes, No" when doing an upgrade?
