I filed a question to stardock tech support 3 days ago about a small problem i was having in game play....i recieved a e mail confirmation that my question was recieved and given a ticket #, and a statement that it would be reviewed with in 2 days. Today i get a respose that my problem was resolved and that the ticket was being closed......but never got any information about what the problem might be or how to resolve it..or anything . So i decided to call their main office to see what was going on and what the answer was to my problem...the operator for michigan says there is no listing for the company listed in the address on page 63 of the game manual. So what now?Either the company cant afford a phone or there are so many problems with the product they dont want the call volume they will recieve from their customers.
Dont get me wrong , i love the game i thinks its outstanding, and i am hooked for life.....

, but i need to know how to fix this problem or if i need an upgrade or what ever, so i can get even more hooked,lol, and this complete disregard for the issue i want addressed, worries me about them standing behind the product or their customers. I used to play a game called WWIIOnline..they had (and still do from what friends have told me) the worst tech support i have ever seen. No phone # access to tech support, and only e mail support. I took over 4 e mails in a period of 3 weeks to find out that all i had to do was change a setting on my graphics card to injoy playing their game...3 weeks! So that is why i am frustrated and a little worried about stardock..and my current attitude at the moment, and i apologize to anyone who reads this and gets affended, i 'm just concerned, and dont want to wait 3-4 weeks to resolve my game issue.
I tried to access the ticket at their site to see if maybe there was a folder or something to tell me the answers i needed, or suggestions, but i cant get into the site..not with my account password or the password they sent me for tracking the ticket. I replyed to the "your problem is resolved ,and your ticket is closed" email saying " well thats great, so ,can i get an answer to the problem now". Any suggestions on what to do next? If anyone has any suggestions , they would be greatly appriciated...and sorry for the venting...................................
