U must do something about this! I have a 30% bonus as racial trait and my Ruling-Party has +20% but hey you know what? im at the same lvl as the AI (and no i dont have to little research stations on my planets).
The AI trades techs like a dog licks himself.. Aka almost all the time... I was just wondering if you could remove this OR fix it so they dont change techs as soon as they get one..
Oh btw:P im playing a game against 4 players at normal! And the Human is CRUSHING the drengin and then later on i crushed the humans
