When I choose luck (+25% luck) as one of my custom race's abilities, and I also choose the Universalist political party (+25% luck is one of their bonuses), I noticed that the overview tab lists my race's luck bonus as +25%.
Shouldn't it be +50%?
Is the summary wrong, or do the bonuses not stack?
