A question: once I "build" soil enhancement on a planet it changes the planet quality to +1 (i.e. planet quality goes from 11 to 12). However, when I save the game and then load it back later; the planet quality reverts back to it's "original" quality level. The question now, is this a bug ? I have scanned as much of the posts here but I have not seen this type of issue raised before. Thanks, Jorge
