Why don't my military starbases give the bonus I set up for my ships? I add on a +1 missle attack module, and it dosen't show up on my ship stats. I added up all the base attack of the ship in any given fleet and they don't take on the additional starbase bonus. My military starbase has a total of 5 bonus attack and 5 defense modules but they are just being wasted.
What am I doing wrong? It has been the same for all of my games.
