Hello,
I've downloaded GalcivII at stardock central.
I can not find precise and detailled informations about the research techs, about all the improvement, about the projects and much more...
Where can we find this kind of information: this will help to master the game!

Even if it's just devs informally posting stuff on the wiki. It doesn't have to be polished. We need formulas!

Thanks very much.
But I was looking for all the description of the technologies (description, benefits, ...) and also all the improvement, projects and so one...

You could try your Data/English directory in your installation. The "PlanetImprovements.xml" and "Techtree.xml" contain a lot of this, but not in a very human readable form (ie tabulated). Looking in here is a pretty big spoiler though, so do it with care.
