I found a possible bug whilst playing for a research win. On one planet I had a couple of industrial sectors. It was a small planet though and I'd run out of social projects and wasn't planning to use it for ships, so I upgraded the industrial sectors to stock markets. It all seemed to go alright until a few turns later I notice my cash reserves have gone into the red, and apparently that planet is the cause - it was costing several billion bc a turn, and the number of military and social icons on the planet screen was incredible.
I don't know if the two are related but I have a screenshot of the planet screen and a copy of the save file. Is there someone I should email it to or should I post it here or something?
