IGF (Independant Games Festival) awards

Did you guys get the shaft on this, or are you not eligible til next year?

GalCiv 2 deserves to be at the top of anyones Indie games awards. I mean Darwina was really interesting, but GalCiv 2 pretty much defecates all over everything on that list.
