I see a very strange problem with influence starbases ,I havent tracked details yet but basicly I research some technology that in research screen says "allows to build this or that" on starbases but this "thing" does not apears in available starbase modules list when I bring constructor.
May be it's related to the fact that I play compain ?
Anyway very strange ...
