A. When you load a saved game, and you were having a positive flow of bc and not losing it, when you first load, it will show your amount of bc in yellow (meaning that you are losing money), you go to the domestic policy screen and double check to make sure your having positive flow of money, you see that you are actually earning money, the only way you cna get the indicator to acknowledge it is if you change one of the values on how you spend money (move the tax bar for example). If you do not do this, the game will suddenly recognize this next turn and correct it, but you wont recieve the money from that turn.
b. When selecting your abilities on the race customization screen when starting a new game, under trade routes, instead of having additional trade routes available, it is showing what lucks like the trade section. (trade routes gives you more routes, trade gives you more money with each route)
c. when you design your own personal ship in the game, if you later decide to upgrade it, even after you hit the save button, the game will not remove the old version of the design, so if you make 20 different edits to a specific ship, you will have 30 entries for it.
d. sometimes, the icons on the right side of the screen get stuck before they reach the bottom and just stay there until they are removed since they are no longer a "current event"
e. when it comes to negotiations for items between civs, there seems to be a few bugs with what color the offer appears in when compared with the response from the AI charecter. (eg the text appears green but the AI says something like "and this is good for us how?") no pattern i have figured out quite yet.
Questions
a. Why can the AI complain about one of my influnce starbases located in their sector, but i cant complin about the influence starbase that they build in my sector?
b. the farming increases the population cap, does it increase it for a specific planet or does it affect the entire civilization.
c. when you complete a trade agreement with a civ for a tech like "phasors mark III" that you recieve in the communications, why can you use it even if you havent researched "phasors mark II".?

Sugestions
a. Perhaps some of the galactic acheivments/wonders can be given special tags in the selection menu, as it stands, you only know its a wonder if you read the description. Maybe a star by it? or highlight it in a shade of light blue.
b. Perhaps a way to move social projects in the building queue. just so you dont have to delete everything above it to build a specific thing.
Just a few things that i would want to know if it was my game. Great game and especially the AI. ok, back to my lame little program.
