If you bought the download-only version, you get all the CE goodies except the tech tree. If you want a CE box, with the tech tree, you can contact
[email protected] and get one for only the cost of shipping. You may want to hurry though, as we're running out of CE boxes (after which point only the regular version will be available, though it'll be replaced by the gold version with DA included come February).

All you need is the small CE content enabler, which adds extra pieces in the ship builder in-game. The desktop download has that, as well as a WindowBlinds+IconPackager theme (and basic versions of each software's functionality if you don't already have Object Desktop).
A word of warning, do not get the Bonus Pack from the CE page, as it's really just the first patch and all the extra stuff in it is already in all later patches. If you install that after you've already gotten a newer version, it'll break things and you'll need to reinstall.
