Game is currently downloading from Stardock after GoGamer told me they weren't getting it till Friday or so.

One thing you REALLY need to improve is explaining what happens when you're a completely new user and buy the game.

To illustrate :

1) I go to Totalgaming.net, and purchase the game. I create an account, and it gives me (what I think) is a registration code. It tells me to download Stardock Central.

2) I install Stardock Central, and it asks me to access my account and a serial number. I add the same account I used at totalgaming, and the (I thought) serial number.
It tells me this "Nickname already exists".
Er?

It took me quite a bit to figure out that the two have nothing to do with each other, and I needed to create a completely new account to use in stardock central. A few notes here and there might help people figure that out
Also, if it only asks me for my first name and last name, why is it complaining that the nickname already existed? This seemed weird.

3) Once I finally got in and going, it took me awhile to figure out that I had in fact not been given a serial number, but an order ID, and so I slugged through stardock until I found the button that resent all that info to me. Then it was a bit of a gimmick to try to figure out why it wasn't taking the serial number (because I was trying to unlock some kind of app,and not the game).

It's downloading now and going pretty fast, but for a completely new user, this could be a bit more streamlined, I'd think?

In any case, do we need to download the bonus pack separately, or will it already be installed after it's done downloading?

Anyways, thanks for offering the download option. Having to wait till next week didn't sound very appealing.
