Download Problems, sorry if its in the wrong place

Hello, I just purchased the game today (retail cd +download option). My problem is once I install Stardock and register the game, I can't find out where to download. Also, Stardock keeps on saying login failed but the login information is exactly the same stuff as it was when I bought the game 15 minutes ago. I have owned galciv in the past and I may have used a different email. Could this be causing the problem?

Under the games section is where you should be able to download it, however without logging into stardock you will be unable to do this. Perhaps the system has not yet updated, and doesent have your user/pass in the database. Wait 30 min then try again, if not, contact [email protected] and see what they say.

cool I'll give it a try. I tried reloading stardock and now it says my Nickname is already in use when I try and login under my existing account. I'll try and let it sit for awhile or something. Thansk

its downloading now apparently, must have just been to impatient or something. I'll let you guys know how it works out. Thanks for the help.

isn't the stardock login account different from the purchase account?
