Originally I wasn't planning on posting anything here because I have been very busy recently with projects at my university, and I've always thought that when it comes to praising the developers, other people will post for me. Or perhaps the developers have already seen enough "you are great!" that sort of threads so that mine doesn't even matter. But just seeing Draginol posting another journal entry really touched me deeply and I feel that I must post something here to tell the developers that they are GREAT!...even if they've already heard it thousands of times before.
It is really a rare thing for them to post all those journals, I mean obviously they are all very busy with releasing the new game. However, everyday when I went to this site I always see something new, like the new game sample video I saw today. Frankly speaking, I really don't know what they are thinking.

Obviously, their schedules are probably tightly packed, but they are still taking care of us customers. Actually, I believe to say that they only think of us as customers is an insult to them. I am a business major at college, and I understand all those things about interacting with customers and such. Whenever I come to the forums and the journals, however, what I feel from the developers are not obligations or responsibilities but passion. Yes, passion is the right word to use. The developers, like us, are excited about the game, both as developers and as game players themselves. I believe that even if GalCiv2 does not sell well, the developers probably won't feel any regret or frustration, because they already believe that they've done a fantastic job. It is actually this confidence of theirs that has gotten me most excited about the game.
So I just want to thank the developers not just for releasing such a wonderful new game and regularly posting the journals, but most importantly, I want to thank them for their CONFIDENCE with GalCiv2. Thanks a lot, guys!
