My difficulties may be merely related to how close the release is, and if so and I can be reassured to just wait until then that would be just as appreciated as a fix to the problems.
First up, I was successfully able to install the base game (latest beta build) however the multimedia install kept failing. The failure message was continued timeouts with invalid url messages in the log.
Second, following from that, and after several uninstall/archives of the game, the error changed to being unable to validate the subscription - and not reaching the stage of timeouts. I understand that may be some mechanism that occurs if you try to install too often? However I am unsure.
Third, I am now unable to see the game itself on SDC in my purchased games selection, it was briefly moved down into the game demos directory however upon uninstall - it now no longer appears at all. That may simply be because the game is now about to be released and the beta is no longer available and nothing will appear until the game itself it released.
If this is merely a matter of issues prior to game release I'll just wait it out, otherwise if there is an apparent fault in my account/ subscription etc it would be great to sort that out prior to release.
