It is difficult to know beforehand the radius of a starbase.

I had two colonies that I thought I could put inside the radius of only one starbase. I was right: the radius was barely enough to achieve this ; however, I had to strain my eyes counting squares to place it correctly. Not fun. Especially with the FOW hiding the little squares...

Suggestions:
- show the radius of the starbase before we are committed to it's construction
- or allow cancelling the starbase construction in the same turn, after we can see we are not satisfied with the placement
- show suggestions on were to place a starbase (obvious points include squares encompassing two or more colonies)
