Building A Ship-Problem

The Structures Won't Show Up

I've been trying to make a few good-looking ships in my game to try out the Build-a-Ship function. I get to the extras tab, and none of the structures will show up on my ship. I tried another, but they still didn't show up. Have they not implimented that function yet? For now all my custom ships are skeletons.

Hello all,

I have the same problem.
\
The button to place structure is always grey.

The hardpoint button don't show hardpoint.

The texture of my ship are not shown.

Please change your regional settings in Windows to English before starting the game. That should fix the problem. There is a problem in the way commas and periods are interpreted when using non-English settings.

Well, being required to change regional setting before playing a game is a bit annoying. And it would be more ununderstandable for people playing a localized version and not familiar in english to read this forum. And I am pretty sure some would forget to switch back to french after playing the game.

BTW, I play the english version of GC 2 on a french computer and the only problem I have is associated with some key shortcuts, especially the one to zoom out to get the tactical view.
