I just got beta and loaded the game up for the first time. When I got to race selection I noticed it was difficult to tell what each racial ability and technology did exactly etc. I know you can click edit and it will tell you, but I think it would make things clearer if you could get a quick and simple tool-tip while your mouse is over the corresponding item. It would make first time players feel more comfortable in learning the game while there is a steep learning curve. Thoughts?
