I can start building ships at a planet before the starport is done.
When I try to engineer a new colony ship, I can only put one colony module on the ship - then the games says there is no more room....how then, did the original colony ship design get six colony modules???
This might be a repreat but I don't have time to sift through 60 days of posts.
