Playing GalCiv 2 Ultimate Edition (updated to version 2.04) on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop.

All of my drivers are updated to the most current versions to the best of my knowledge.

Just installed the game on my new laptop, but I have been playing it on and off since just after the core game was first released, and I've used mods several times before, KHSM included, but I can't remember ever having this specific problem before.

I'm trying to add in and turn on KHSM and a few mods that add in various Star Trek races ships designs, but the game just doesn't seem to be "seeing" (for lack of a better word) that the mods are there at all.

It's like the game does seem to think they even exist or simply can't locate them for some reason.

For reference this is a copy/paste of the target line for mods form my prefs.ini file:

ModsDir=C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock Games\Galactic Civilizations II - Ultimate Edition\Twilight\Mods

And that is exactly where I have the mods installed to... But they just don't show up at all in the game's options menu when i try turning mods on.

No matter how much I click around in the box where the mods should be listed or where I click in it, nothing happens.

It's not that they are invisible somehow, they just aren't there.

It doesn't even show the two default and example folders that were in there already when I first re-installed it.

Confusing me quite a bit why they aren't showing up.
