How 2 Increase logistic values and decrease ship logistic values

Plz help! i want to decrease the # of logistic points a ship takes up and/or increase logistic values from tech trees. does any1 know how?

You can edit the hulls in the GC2Types.xml to change the logistics of the ships you build.

You can change the logistics values in the TechTree.xml file to increase or decrease the logistics of researched techs.
