GalcivII Ultimate (german only) Drengin Techtree bug

The Drengin Tech-tree ist broken in the german ultimate edition. Downloaded the english through impulse an concluded

that it's the german version with the bug (version 2.03). Already exists in 2.02 and already reported.

For me its ok will play it in english but some people maybe cannot english.

(you can hold the bugs in the text... not a native speaker)
