I don't know as anyone wrote anything specific that could be called a guide, but a quick search on google using the search string "all factory" site:forums.galciv2.com yielded the following threads (besides this one of course).
https://forums.galciv2.com/338875
https://forums.galciv2.com/309830
https://forums.galciv2.com/167532
I just did the search and listed what I thought the most likely hits were, but there are others from which to choose. Also since I didn't read through the threads I can't vouch for how useful they may be.
But the quick version is that All Factory is the simplest and most straightforward of the "All Anything" strategies in that all you do is build factories and set focus to research. This gives you a steady amount of research but still allows you to produce buildings and ships normally. The downside of any All Anything strategy is that you have no ability to throw yourself completely into the non All category (research in the case of All Factory, in order to get a particular technology quickly).
Note that this works without loss in both DL and DA in that focus simply takes 25% of your spending on what is selected by the sliders and directs it towards the focused category. In TA they added some loss to the equation so that you pay for 25% of your production but don't get all of that to appear in the focused category.
All factory is simplest because it allows you to operate pretty much as you normally would, but doesn't require you to build research buildings. All research is similar but instead of using focus to get production (because that is rather limited), All Research usually combines research with economy so that you rush buy or lease things you would otherwise produce directly.
