So i recently got the galciv2 gold ed. which of course is DL and DA and also got TotA expansion. I installed it all at once and began playing DL. At first everything played well. I could play for four hours and everything worked fine. I can't remember if this started at the very beginning, but if I exit out of a game and at a later time try playing without shutting my system down, it freezes at the menu screen.
Nowadays, I can play for maybe an hour or two and seemingly randomly it will freeze. Graphics on my screen bug out a little and I have to force quit. Again, I can't just start it back up again or it'll freeze at the menu screen, instead i have to restart my system.
I got patch 1.4 (140X_102606) and updated Mobo and graphics drivers.
MY system:
q6600, evga8800gtx, 780i, 4x 2gb 1066+ transcend, XP x64
And I looked in my documents>my games>GC2DarkAvatar and didn't find any error files
