Insanely powerful ships

earlier today i created an absolute beast of a ship... through a combination of 2 hyperion shrinkers (acquired by invasion), 2 maxed out weapon mining bases, a full miniturisation research and fully researched shields and missiles, I was able to create the doomsday platform!!

434 missiles, 263 shields and base hit points of around 220. this thing is more powerful than entire enemy fleets and i can have 6 of them in a fleet at once!! (due to 2 hyperion logistics systems again acquired through invasion)

I just wanted to know what other insanely powerful ships you guys have built and what advantages/techs allowed you to build them.

One more reason why i resized Huge Hulls to 128 in XW to limit such ridiculously powerful (but unstrategic, nevertheless) ships.

There is a maximum configuration for any ships somewhere-somehow i'd certainly agree, trick is to find the proper balance to defeat any given AIs stuff (when & then) and since they - also - can only fit so much in the space available one has to wonder what more damages can 5+++ BlackHoleEruptors do if the opponents can match it fair & square.

Proper Fleeting & evergrowing battles Experience (that multiply rather than add!) does a far better job at superiority than any supplemental ship sizes & HP values this game could ever offer, IMHO.

I agree with the whole fleet tactics thing, using highly experienced ships and good fleet configurations which contain things like defence mainframes and such is always better than single poweful ships. The ship I built was to see just how strong i could make it, it costs about 170bc per turn to maintain which is unfeasably high so the one i have at the moment is seriously affecting my economy

170bc per turn

Now, what kind of a freaky weird & intelligent super programming looper coder would set us all up in such obvious but sooooo hilariously funny gameplay traps?
