No.
You can play the previous campaigns from the newer expansions, but they'll be using the newer expansions' mechanics/rulesets. So running the DL campaign from within DA lets you play the DL campaign with DA rules.
Whereas with DL itself installed you can play the DL campaign with DL rules.
The expansions are significantly different from each other that it's almost like a whole new game. But on the other hand I've grown partial to DA myself.
For what it's worth, GC2 has never required a disc to run.
Can you do that in both Endless Universe and Ultimate Edition(play DL Campaigns with DA/TA rules)?
Sorry to be a pain! is there any other differnces? or are they the same, from reading around and what you've said i've worked out that Ultimate Edition is all the 3 (DL+DA+TA). While Endless Universe is a standalone expansion that has (DA/TA without DL) but still lets you play the DL compaigns, you just won't be able to play DL Campaigns with the DL rules.
So i have made the right choice in getting Ultimate Edition, as i'm getting what i get in Endless Universe aswell as getting Dread Lords?
Can't wait to play, game should be shipped to me soon, YES!
