Twilight without Dark Avatar?

It's been a while since I played GalCiv II, and I was wondering if, to get completely up-to-date, I could buy Twilight without having to buy DA as well.  (Yes, it's only $15, but gas is expensive these days!)  Unfortunately, Stardock seems to have stopped putting out vanilla patches, so one of these two options seems like my best bet.
