OK thanks for that. I do think however it's a strange way of describing an attack bonus in relation to the rest of the game, where it's different - (misleading).
It may be strange, but it's consistent with the planetary/colonization events that grant a "starship bonus", as those events grant an attack bonus (and only an attack bonus).
I would agree that it's confusing to have a "quality" and an "hp" bonus on the same improvement, though.
