It doesn't look like it in the US unfortunately. Because of that, you have to order it online. You can either have it downloaded onto your computer or order the cd. It really makes no sense as to why they aren't selling TOA in the stores. Then again, in my part of the US (Wisconsin) it is pretty rare to be able to find Galactic Civilizations II, yet again a gold edition. I was lucky I was able to find my copies when and where I found them.
Bdw, does anybody know specificly why they don't sell TOA in stores?
