Please answer

Why Drengin, Yor and Terran Builds These ships? Escorts and defenders that are small ships (8 hp) but use medium hull/template? Am I missing something or what? This happens every game and always these three races.

Please someone answer me if this happening others too or is it just me? Is there anything I can do to make them use small hulls for small ships?

Same thing happens DL, DA and ToA + 1.99 beta.. if this is bug why is it so hard to fix? There has been two years time for DL now..
