Just purchased TOR.  Long time GalCiv2 player.  Love the new features, especially the predefined ships. It was a real pain having to build new designs with every tech discovery.  Neutral about espionage, kind of liked the old way.  Terror stars seem to be useless, a lot of work to destroy one star.  I have a problem with starbases though, I can't seem to add modules to them!  Even after researching starbase techs.  Am I missing something?  I've noticed that the other races aren't upgrading their starbases either.  Also, when is a patch going to be released?
