Invisible ships etc !

Well ive been playing Twilight since early betas and had this problem, then when retail came out i was told it had been fixed i uninstalled beta twilight plus the config folder and re-installed and afer painstaking cutting and pasting of beloved ship designes i found its still happening

All products are patched up

Im running kyro's hull mod (basterdised TA to Twilight version) think theres a pure Twilight version right & also the High Resolution graphics mod

Ive played this game a lot and basically if the next fix doesnt work im just gunna give up on it, its never my ships but the opponents and only some designs..

1 extra thing if this does work can i delete the standard ship designs im fed up of manually obsoleting them every time i get a new hull size, they are rubbish and its a pain in the rear.

Yes, there is a TA version of the mod. In any case, you may also want to try it without any mods at all and see if you still encounter this issue. If you can get it then, post your debug.err.

TA doesn't have any core designs aside from the basic ships that you start with (survey, colony, constructor, etc). The rest are autodesigned each game, so if you don't want those, you can just turn off autodesign in the options.

Ive got the new TA kryo hull mod version now but i think you missed the point of my post slightly, im looking for something i may have missed last time which is causing the probelm (assuming its not mod related). What im going to do is uninstall GC2 DA & Twilight completely as well as removing all of the user data, an re-install, last time i only uninstalled Twilight.

Hmm the core design confuses me i always turn off the autodesign option, but when i get to med hulls, star avernger and battle axe ship designs turn up which i always remove to make the screen more streamlined, can i remove those from the ship config file without causing problems, also since i have designed my own constructor/survey and colony ships can i delete those also....
