Keyboard commands

Hi all,

I'm new to Gal Civ II, but I'm enjoying it a great deal. Problem is, I was given Gal Civ II TA by a friend, but he's lost all the paperwork that goes with it. Is there a list of keyboard commands somewhere? Anywhere? I find the hunt and peck testing method highly annoying.
