WTF what do you mean my serial number is already in use???

What is that about i just installed the game joined up to the web site it asks for an activation code so i type it in and am told to go to paradox for another one so do what it says only to be told that its taken ??? help!

Do you mean you used the exchange page at www.galciv2.com/paradox? Also, where and when did you buy the game (it could be a used copy)?
