TA - Playing a game against 9 computers in a huge galaxy as the Terrans when all of a sudden i notice after completing research on a technology, all of the other technologies i can choose from have now doubled in cost (# of weeks to get that tech) since the last time I chose a technology.
My spending rates did not change and my sliders all stayed the same so I do not think this problem was caused by me.
