ID - did you wind up sending your box in for repair?
Soon after you had problems with yours mine apparently had sympathy pains and decided that it shouldn't show any video. Thankfully it was covered under warranty and went back for repair. Hopefully the repaired box/replacement box will be back in hand on Wednesday (give or take). I'm still not happy about problems with mine, your's, or anyone else's broken boxes though.
I still expect sooner or later I'm gonna be a winner in the class action lawsuit against Microsoft over all of the problems with these boxes. I'm sure it'll be some lame settlement where all of the suit participants get 1600 points to spend on the Xbox Live Marketplace, maybe they get a free Xbox Live Arcade game, and perhaps they each get a month of Xbox Live Gold membership while the lawyers get a big fat check.
