Hi Everyone,

Just getting started on TA and instantly noticed the lack of that galciv2 ship upgrade option that would NOT remove functional components!  Am I missing something?  (it was an option for the game that could be checked or unchecked that would or would not remove function components when you clicked the upgrade button in the ship designer.)

Please help!  it's not that big a deal in the beginning, but with large ships it's a must have.
