And before you buy the game and install it, what does it matter what the folder structure is?Before that happens, you don't need to know since you won't be needing to mod anything or cleaning out old ships or anything.
*sigh*

Everybody assumes assumes assumes and assumes some more.
I'm writing a better star randomizer application to support all three games (and by three, I mean GC2, GC2:DA and GC2:TotA), and am curious about the registry and directory layout of Twilight because I don't want to yet purchase it since it is still in BETA. I already play enough GC2 as it is.
At any rate, so I post here, hoping that maybe, somebody might be able to answer a quick question that would, at most, take me less than a minute on their computer to check on.
Of course, as it stands, obviously asking a question like this only spawns trolls and fanboys to come in and respond with un-helpful responses for lolz and other forms of amusement. It's so nice to see that a simple question can be bombarded by complete and total idiots who can't answer a god damn simple question, except for Macmatt, DSep, of whom are the only people, as of yet, have had any relative feedback.
It's the whole reason I'm building the application, because the Star Randomizer and Star Mixer are both buggy applications written by non-programmers. All I wanted was a STARS.txt file that didn't suck, and maybe a nice application to sit on top of it to make it happen. That way when I dropped for a GC2 game, usually of which would last me a good week, I could have a bit of adventure and fun with the different star system names and actually get more involved into my game.
