Ai Yor and Drengin hull size bug?

Hi,
am I the only one whos AI Yor and Drengin are using medium hulls when they should use small?
Medium hulls but only 8 hp..

I have this same problem with DA and now with TA beta.

It`s not a big deal but it really bugs me and I could not found anything in forums..
