I searched the forums for something similar, but didn't find anything. Anyway, my suggestion is this: that the developers make a 'ship viewer' selectable from the main menu (or even from the windows 'start' menu). The ship viewer would simple be an area where you can view all the ships you've made in the game. This way we can view our ships with much more ease. Also, I think it'd be helpful if the trading of ship designs was much easier. Perhaps the ship viewer could also include an import/export feature that uplinks with galciv2.com in some way? Perhaps a webpage dedicated to sharing, viewing ship designs?

Well, maybe that's too much, but I think the ship viewer, at least, is an overdue implementation.
