Bug in turn advancing

OK after playing this game from release i have found my first bug. When I am advancing the turn or hit the turn button the turn freeze till i found the ship or ships that has this 2/0. now for most of us know the ship movement look like this 0/2. I have to delete or hit the space bar to make the turn advance. If you need a screenshot of this i can provide them. Now when i have a fleet or ship with 2/0 on movement the fleet or ship can not move at all and the turn freezes. but the game is still runing fine but for that.

I don't have Dark Avatar but this does happen to me a lot in GalCiv II vanilla. I've tried deleteing ships but it still doesn't fix it. Since I don't have DA am I SOL?

Lately I've been getting this lot. wherethe TURN button at the bottom is blank and i cant end my turn.

Since i'm here i want to mntion that i occassionally get this message on the frst turn of my play time that my ships are out of range, even though they are in my space. I think it has to do with that thing with the influence resetting when you start up the game. Is this bing fixed now?

Doesn't look like we're going to see a fix, I've got my GalCiv II patched to the latest version and it still happens, and I haven't loaded any mods. I even tried a clean re-install.
