The asteroid support lines in DA and TA show the direction in which the bonus goes (from an asteroid field to a planet).

It seems that this animations are only updated three times a second. The result looks stuttering or stroboscopic, especially when you zoom in. In fact, it makes me dizzy to watch those animations for a longer peroid of time.

I found out that ist ist possible to turn off those bonus routes in the display options. Is it possible to keep the lines, but to switch off the animations (like trade routs, which also do not have animations)?

Is ist possible to mod this: to either stop these animations or to make them more fluent?

Apart from this, I am really impressed with all the new features in TA. I think this is the best strategy game ever.
