I broke down what seems to be the point equivalences of the starting racial abilities in 1.8e and it seems quite unfair for the Torians (without taking into account super abilities).

Terran = 13.5
Drengin = 11.5
Arcean = 11.5
Korath = 13.5
Torian = 3

Furthermore, all races except the Torian so far start with 10pts. to choose further racial abilities while the Torian start with 8pts.

1) Is there a reason why the Torian race has such lower starting statistics such as better race technologies or the effectiveness of Super Breeder?

2) Would it be possible for us to know the precise affects of super abilities? For example, what is the percentage increase the Super Breeder trait gives to population growth when approval in the colony is 100%.

If anyone could double check my numbers above, I would appreciate it. It would also be nice to setup a discussion on the balance between the races during this beta (maybe as a pinned post).
