The Beta is running great for me, but I seem to have lost the "your ship destroyed this ship" and vice versa reports at the beginning of each turn. I still hear about finished construction, new spies, etc. Is this a new feature?

Also, I'm not entirely clear on the new options on the governor screen... I was hoping for an option to have all planets building ship X to redirect to rally point Y. It looks like there's an option to have ALL X (including those built) go to Y. I tried it once, and ALL my ships (X, Z, pick some letters) headed to Y.
